Do you shoot weddings? Answer: Yes i Do!
I cover (that should technically say ‘we’ cover) a limited number of weddings each year and thoroughly enjoy capturing all the excitement and emotion that goes along with each and every wedding.Every wedding is unique, just as every couple are unique, no two weddings are ever the same.
While this is my personal site where I showcase some of my private work and projects, I have chosen to share some of my other professional business interests too.
For me weddings are an absolute privilege to cover, I enjoy putting couples at ease and allowing them to fully enjoy their day. Often the images that do it for me are the natural candid affectionate ones. Those fleeting moments when a couple will sneak a kiss & a giggle and get caught.
I no longer do all the hard work myself, there are now two of us that cover every aspect of a wedding day from bridal preparations through to the first dance, oh and everything in-between.
When the occasion presents itself I like to offer a touch of colour spotting, those fancy red shoe’s in the feature image were just one of those occasions. Not all brides are traditional either…I’ve had the red Christian Louboutin’s, blue suede shoes and brides in 50’s style pink cocktail dresses oh and not forgetting the bride that wore black with red detail….that was one I will never forget! It takes all types to make this mad world go round, and not forgetting a pair of ever so slightly mad photographers on hand to capture it all.
